Refund policy

Your adventure with Pose Pets is all about fun! If you need to return your products, you've got 30 days from the day they were shipped. Just make sure they're in tip-top shape, with all their original packaging intact. Our Final Sale items can not be returned for refunds or swaps.

Return Policy Details

• Ready to start your return journey? Login into your account via our website. You will receive a one-time code to your email to get in. 
• Find the order you would like to return and begin the process. 
• Pose Pets won't cover the cost for return shipping unless the item is defective. However, we do cover the cost of shipping for exchanges. 
  
• Once your package arrives back to us, we'll send a refund for the price of the product back to your original payment method.
• Expect an email confirming your return within (3) days of Pose Pets getting it back. Following, you should receive the refund in your account within 5-7 business days. 
• Sorry, but those original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake somewhere. Ship all returns via USPS, Fedex or UPS and hold onto that tracking number tight — Pose Pets can't chase down lost packages.
  
• Items bought between November 15th and December 16th can be returned to us until January 15th.
